1-star is too generous. I called yesterday to inquire about toilet repair and the lady was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She interrupted me and stated that they are 'New Construction Only'. I asked why residential services are not only listed in their google listing but on their website as well with absolutely NO mention of being 'new construction only' she said "Thanks" - and hung up on me!

After viewing website and google listing, I called to ask about their service fee for coming out to provide an estimate to reset a toilet. The lady then informed me that they were 'New Construction Only' and gave me a different number to call. When I mentioned that this probably should have been mentioned in their listing and/or on their website she said 'Thanks' and then hung up on me.

The most recent repair done by Struble Plumbing was replacing a leaking water heater. From the initial assessment to the actual replacement everything was done in a very professional manner. We were even brought up to code, which was apparently not properly done during the installation of the old heater in 2006, when the house was built. The plumbers were very courteous, professional and worked in a timely manner. They arrived on the time, explained what needed to be done and then installed the new heater. Afterwards we were also shown how to properly flush the heater on a regular basis to prolong the lifespan. Overall great and painless experience. I can't comment on the price, since it was covered under our house warranty. I only paid my standard fee plus the items for the code compliance, they were not covered by the warranty company. On a side note: we had Struble Plumbing a handful of times for issues with our toilets (tank and water line replacement on one and flush system replacement in the other) and garbage disposal replacement x 2 (first time due to old age and second time due to lightning a bit over a year after the first install) The work done in each instance was very solid and we had no issues whatsoever after. Highly recommended for sure!

Does Outstanding and quality work. Very Professional. Customer service is Excellent.. No Surprises explains in detail and executes with an A plus rating. Have used their services since 2018 from small to Large jobs. Highly recommend their Services. Just had relocating of Pipes for my entire home done. Never a disappointment ! Left my house extremely clean once completed. Kudos to the Owners and Execusionor. Will, Thank you for doing an Amazing job!

This company came out right away to do a walk-through and provide a quote. They set up washer hookup in detached laundry room, water heater also, removed and replaced ssome old pipes, checked gas lines to restore gas service. Service was above and beyond and especially appreciated Will's communicating regular updates. I highly recommend, without reservation.

Will and Mason did a 5+ star job. They were punctual and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Will took the time to give me a tutorial while conducting the repairs. He was also happy answer questions about other areas of the home and was very thorough. I highly recommend this company, ask for Will.

I was very pleased with service. I needed more work than I thought. It was explained what and why I needed the work done. When the came out to do the work they were professional and answered my questions about what they were doing as they were working. Of all the plumbers that I have use, they were the best. They were very transparent on cost and work needing to be done.

We're very thankful for Will L. Our water heater hose busted in our wall. He was very professional and clean while making the repairs. He took time to explain what happened and why as well as the make recommendations regarding the additional damages the water caused and will now need to be repaired. This will be our go to company for any future issues.
